Whether you have a fortune in your bank account, or simply like to daydream as if you do, Prince’s former Bel Air residence is well worth a look. Buying the property will cost you $50 million, but we’ll give you a tour inside completely free of charge.

The entryway to the 16,000-square-foot main house features a sweeping staircase along with a crystal chandelier valued at $250,000. The opulence doesn’t stop there, as the home is fitted with eight gorgeous bedrooms, 20 bathrooms and a state-of-the-art kitchen. Amazingly, we haven’t even gotten to the property’s most unique selling point.

Outside of the main residence, past the lavish fountain, outdoor swimming pool and swaying palm trees, there is a smaller structure. At first glance, one may assume this is a guest house or detached office. In reality, it’s the entrance to a 20,000-square-foot entertainment space built underneath the backyard.

Described by real estate broker Aaron Kirman as “pure party perfection,” this underground space was one of Prince’s favorite venues. “When Prince rented this house, he used to throw the most amazing parties in this room. He would literally cover the pool with glass… and have these amazing jam sessions,” Kirman explained to CNBC.

It’s easy to see why the purple one was enamored with this space. The highlights of this secret party-palace sound more appropriate for a Las Vegas resort than a residential home. The three-level, subterranean area features a spa and pool, massage room, sauna, game room, bowling alley, private movie theater, full bar, lounge area, basketball and racquetball court, wine cellar and spacious living quarters.

The Bel Air property is just the latest of Prince’s former residences to hit the market. The singer’s vacation home in Turks and Caicos recently sold for $10.8 million, while his house in Beverly Hills went for a cool $5.5 million in 2015. In 2017, the late rocker’s estate also sold a pair of undeveloped properties in Minneapolis, formerly owned by Prince.
